anime that is like Dash! Yonkuro?

I've watched an anime or cartoon that is also about toy cars racing in a track and has different kinds of tracks and i remember one of the plot is that someone gave the a female character a charm which is a chip that makes that toy car moves faster, it is not as old as "Dash! Yonkuro"
