What do you mean"Can not connect to MySQL server"
If your meaning are mean the dreamweaver can't connect to MySQL, maybe this is because your phpMyAdmin's version.
Some version are bad! I had try the bad version before. The E-mail you enter when you download, is the server's username.
And the password you enter when you download, is not the real password when you want to login the server. It is not necessary!
So, when you login the server. Your username and password is:
Username: (your E-mail)
Password:
So, the space that for entering password is no need to enter anything!
And...
when you login, you don't have authority to make a new AC
And...
If you want to use dreamweaver to connect. Because you don't have the password, so you can't connect and dreamweaver will tell you have error or you have to enter password!
So...
you can't use dreamweaver to connect the database in the server!!!
