I have read the official documents already and I can answer your question:

1) The interviews are all conducted in Cantonese.

2) You must be very presentable with smart outlook, nice and pleasant appearance ( dressing ) and you should demonstrate your possession of leadership, excellent academic performance, great social senses with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

3) You need to show your sound experience in participating the social welfare or voluntary affairs, your reflection and the things that you can learn and acquire throughout the process. Besides, you need to show you have an accurate understanding and critical thinking on social and political affairs in Hong Kong and China.

4) You should understand "10-2-5" modelling system currently engaged in mainland China, and some controversial issues like the arrest of democratic persons, the quarrels with neighboring countries on national boundaries, the military force development, the inter-relationship with other countries, etc.

Since the total number of winners is only 10, you must prepare very well before you can enter Final and strive for a success there.
