building ordinance section 26

MEANING:

It's an order by The Building Authority that served on the property owner to declare the building to be dangerous or liable to be dangerous. The property owner may raise an objection, otherwise have to comply with the requirements of the order to have the dangerous building fixed within the time undermentioned. In case the property owner cannot be found or fails to comply, The Building Authority has the right to carry out or cause to carried out the necessary work specified in the order. The cost of such work will be recoverable from the property owner.
DETAILS:
It should be written in the order. Most likely regarding to the building's dangerous matters which may arise from fire, wind, rain, dilapidation, use, lack of fire escapes or any other cause.
