本人為被告兒子的補習老師，就被告一事，懇請法官大人能寬大處理這案件。
我已替被告的長子補習已有一年，就我所見，被告實為一個好媽媽。每天她都會準時接送長子都補習社，亦會主動關心兒子的各樣行為狀況。偶爾她也會帶同她的小兒子來接長子，可見這位媽媽在兒子身上所花的心思及時間。
作為一個旁觀者，看見被告與其兒子的相處也是十分之融合的，從來沒有看見她大聲指責兒子，她總是細心地解釋各樣事情，有時候更會說說笑逗兒子開心，可見她是一位很有愛心及盡責的媽媽。
另外，就我告被告的相處，她為人隨和有禮，兒子有任何特別事情未能前來補習也會特意致電通知，十分有交帶。
最後，被告的兩個兒子年紀小，尚在成長階段當中，正值需要母愛，望法官大人給予適當的懲處外，也給被告一個改過自身的機會。
