✔ 最佳答案
7x - 2 = 2(1 + 3x)

expand out the brackets

7x - 2 = 2 + 6x

gather like terms

7x - 6x = 2 + 2

combine like terms
x = 4

Let's look at the other one:
2(4x + 7) = 3(8 + x) (is what I assume you mean)

expand out the brackets

8x + 14 = 24 + 3x

gather like terms

8x - 3x = 24-14

combine like terms
5x = 10

divide both sides by 5

x = 2

hope this helps.

7x-2=2+6x
7x-6x=2+2
x=4

8x-14=24+3x
8x-3x=24+14
5x=38
x=38/5
x=7 3/5

7x - 2 = 2(1 + 3x)
7x - 2 = 2 + 6x
7x - 6x = 2 + 2
x = 4

idk 2(4x = 7) do you mean 2(4x + 7)
if so
2(4x + 7) = 3(8 + x)
8x + 14 = 24 + 3x
8x - 3x = 24 - 14
5x = 10
x = 10/5
x = 2

the first part, after you distribute the second term

7x-2 = 2+6x

7x-6x=2+2
x=4

I am not sure of the question on the second part

but review the question and you need to distribute
2*4x -- 2*7 = 3*8+3*x

8x ---14= 24 + 3x
find out what sign is in the front of "7" and replace to get the answer
