1. Supposing they asked me whether we got any table for them.
I answered, "let me see or i'll see. Please wait", Is it correct and polite?

2. Supposing they complained that their fish hasn't come yet.
I answered, "Let me check", Is it ok? or any better answer?

3. If i want to ask if their food ( such as fish) has come yet.
I asked, "Has the fish come yet?" is it correct?

4. If they asked me if we could split bill, but bascially we don't do it.
How can i asnered politely? " No, we can't" "Not really" ?

1) It's always better to answer with 'yes m'am' or 'yes sir' before you say let me see or let me check.

2) Whenever a customer complains, always start with "I'm so sorry" before you say let me check.

3) You should start with either sir, m'am, or miss before you ask the question.

4) There is no reason why you can't split the bill. One thing you can avoid by saying no to your customers is to ask them every time when they order any food if everything should be put on the same bill or they want separate ones. In case you really have to say no, you must start with "sorry sir (or miss, m'am)", we can't do that because..... (you should give a good reason why not).

That is ok, but you may want to make it more polite, for example:

1. Please wait a moment while I check.

2. I'm sorry, I'll go and see if it's almost ready.

3. Excuse me, has your meal arrived?

4. I'm sorry, but that isn't allowed.

The first 3 are fine...

The last one is a bit more difficult because you need to say no without offending them. I would simply say, I am afraid we can't separate the charges at the till, I hope you can sort it out between yourselves. But if this is a regular request, you should ask the Manager if this can be done or the system changed so it can be done. I know how difficult it is when two or more people have come expecting to pay their bill by credit card... no cash. Maybe they would like to look at the menu again so they can work out their share of the charges.
