Strange bump on my leg i dont know what it is?

Could be a fatty cyst or a fatty deposit.

Did you get hit over there? if not, then um..maybe since it doesnt hurt its probably something with your skin? Can be a disease too...
if it feels soft then its probably skin cyct

U might have cancer. It could be something else, I forgot the name of. It's not deadly, but could caus problems. Try using a mixture, and if it gos away it's not cancer. It's 1 tbsp of baking soda, 2 tbsp of water, and a sprinkle of baking powder. Rub it on the lump and leave for about an hour, it should go away in a few days
