You should check carefully which level exactly you are right now and then analyze the chance of entry, as well as the convenience of transport. As you have not mentioned your banding / gender above, I cannot talk too much here.

Here I want to highlight one thing: If you have track records in ECAs or other services, including the external prizes won in inter-school competitions like sports, drama, speech, dance, arts or else, there must have added advantages on your chance to apply good schools.

In interview, you would be asked definitely why you change schools so frequently. You may say the learning environment in both schools are not satisfactory and so you want to change for a school with better learning atmosphere to exert yourself to the full. It is likely the interviewers would trust this reason of excuse.
