How is fish healthier than meat?

How? I don't understand. Fish has cholesterol and so does meat.

One reason is that fish contains Omega 3 fatty acids, which are good for your heart and your blood. Omegs 3 is only found in fish, shellfish, and some plants such as flax. Omega 3 has also been shown to have a positive impact on arthritis, circulatory problems, and even depression!

Fish IS meat. It is just leaner than beef or pork, which usually have a high fat content.
