z=-√[(x^2+y^2)/3] then φ= 2π/3.The outsize the cone should be φ=π/2~2π/3.
The intersection of the sphere and the cone is x^2+y^2=27 , z=-3
V= ∫_[π/2,2π/3]∫_[0,2π]∫_[0,3√3] ρ^2 sinφ dρ dθ dφ
= 27√3* 2π* (1/2)
