I am a lot better!我覺得可以，但後面再加點東西句意會更完整、清楚。
我好得多。 通常會說我比誰好得多。I am a lot better than you.
也可以用much當副詞修飾。I am much better.

(It is good to hear that) you feel much better. (很高興聽到)你好多了!
同樣用much來修飾better.

應該是要放more.
