Do you know the problem is due to your broadband box ( 寛頻盒 )?

You cannot connect online because the box has internal problem which cannot receive / deliver the signal regularly, and hence you have problems.

You can have two procedures to tackle this problem:

1) Try to disconnect all lines from the box, and then connect it again ( including its Power line ). Attempt and see if now it works. This is to tackle the case if the lines were loosened accidentally due to unknown problems.

2) If the situation still continues, please call PCCW hotline 1833 833 for a "Free" change of Broadband box. You can request unlimited change in free of charge, do you know? Once it has problem, you can call it from 0900 to 2100 for technical support and arrange technicians for a change, usually it can be made the next day.
