Yes.
Artificial sweeteners are....artificial. No goodness, and chemical pure. They have been proven to have side effects. And can even stimulate diabetes. Sugar is healthier. Everything in moderation.
I doubt it. But you can talk to your doctor or pharmacist about it and they can give you the best advice. Worse case if it really bothers you call a cancer clinic.
Or in other words, I've heard that certain brands of sugar substitutes can such as Splenda (or Fructose)...but then they turn around and say it's better for you than sugar. Honestly, I don't think there is ever a clear answer.
