Because those are natural phenomenon. Once people, who is born, will face death. When one grows up, marriage is a need for next generation. One will be happy while he will be sad frequently. No special at all.

On the contrary, normal parent wishes his children living happily and will not kill them. If the youngsters commit irregularities, the parent will educate and help them from continuation of fault. No one normal parent is willing to punish his sinful sons and daughters for ever!
