hydrogen burns,oxygen helps in burning ,then why water is not burning?

when they combine to form compound then their structure change lead to change in its properties and that why it doesn't burn ;)

Water is hydrogen that has already been "burned"! When gaseous hydrogen reacts with oxygen, it forms water. Once two molecules of hydrogen combine with one molecule of oxygen, then no further reaction with oxygen can take place. So, the hydrogen in water cannot burn.
