Clinical information:USG:fatty liver with heterogenours involvement. To rule out coexisting focal mass. GS.Findings:The liver parenchyma shows diffuse but slightly heterogeneours hypoattenuation, consistent with diffuse fatty liver.The anterior subcapsular parenchyma at segment 4a of Lt lobe are hypoenhancing, likely related to perfusion defect rather than genuine lesion.Several small simple hepatic cysts are noted at Rt hepatic lobe.No Definite hypervascular hepatic lesion seen.Gallbladder stones are noted. No biliary dilatation.Portal vein, hepatic veins and IVC are patent.No focal lesion seen at spleen, pancreas, adrenals and kidneys.No abnormally enlarged regional lymph node. No ascites.Small subsegmental atelectases is noted at Lt lingular segment.Summary:Diffuse fatty liver.Several simple hepatic cysts.Gallbaladder stones. No biliary dilatationIncidental small subsegmental atelectases at Lt lingular segment.
