B係正確答案解釋:
A. a free good is a good whose available quantity is sufficient to satisfy all human wants for it. 機票wor,倨個都想去旅行, 哽係satisfy唔到啦! so, it is not a free good.
B. 因為張機票都係Peter抽獎抽番黎, 所以佢唔見左即係等於從來冇得到過張機票, 冇得冇失
C. if there are no other options available, the cost will be zero. Peter有得揀用唔用張機票+ma, so the cost will not be zero.
D. opportunity cost is the highest-valued option forgone. 但條題目冇提及Peter除左用左張機票之外仲可以做乜, 所以我地根本就唔知個opportunity cost.

唔岩既原因:
A:機票數量有限,而且有製造成本,,所以唔係免費物品
B:佢會冇左轉讓機票既錢,OR冇左一次旅行既機會,,佢係有損失
C:佢用機票既機會成本係時間同轉讓所得等...唔係0
D:當機票既P升即係話佢轉讓既$都多左,,機會成本亦上升
