Concentration of H3O+ of the solution is calculated as follow:
-log [H3O+] = 5.45
[H3O+] = 10^(-5.45) = 3.55X10^(-6) (scientific notation 3 s.f.)

pH of the solution with pOH =1 is pH=(14-1)=13
Its pH =13

pH=-log[H3O+]
5.45=-log[H3O+]
-5.45=log[H3O+]
Antilog-5.45=antilog log[H3O+]
3.55x10^-6=[H3O+]

pH=-log[H3O+]
pH+pOH=14
pH+1=14
pH=13
