top up degree有oversea top up 和 local top up 兩種
local top up 等於本地學位，oversea top up 等於海外學位

因不知你報的CITY 同POLY speed GE TOP UP DEGREE, 是否CITY本部和POLY speed 自己award 的 degree，還是和海外大學合辦之 top up degree，所以不能準確講認可性多少

以CITY本部和POLY speed 自己award 的 top up degree來說，等同本地學位。兩個中以CITY本部award 的 top up degree比 speed 好，但收你入學機會speed 比CITY本部award 的 top up degree高，因為speed之top up 學位數量比CITY多

其實hkbu cie都有local top up degree，為何不報多一間，多一個機會選擇
