我既大脾震傷左，應點做好??

之前成日玩dum地(勁大力踩落個地到..p.s.係好無聊- -)搞到而家大脾左邊似係震傷左，姐係我用好細力摸落去係完全感覺唔倒，但係用同樣力度摸無事d位就feel倒既...呢個情況都有成幾個月喇..想問有咩方法解決呢??

no cureyou 無聊action makes your leg cannot feel small stimulus
as you say, this condition last for few months, that means it cannot be returned
don't do that again and your situation will not worse
