認可建築學位問題

本人於IVE取得了建築測量高級文憑，並於顧問公司任職助理測量師，請問有沒有一些認可的建築學位，可申請持續進修基金入讀，並可於短其內取得該學位?又或需要多少年工作經驗才去報讀會較好?
另是否應該加入測量/建築師師學會?如要加入，又需要甚麼資格?

Entrance Requirements A Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree in a construction or real estate-related discipline from PolyU or the City University of Hong Kong, or the equivalent;
AND Must be in relevant full-time employment.
