跑步致腳食指瘀黑
本人每星期都有2-3天會跑步在運動場,,
應屬長跑類,,,每次跑5 KM左右,,即係12個圈度
但係唔知點解跑步跑耐左,,腳食指會瘀黑左,,有瘀血出現~~
跑果時,,的確係有少少痛,,但我照跑,,所以就出現瘀血情況?==''|
但只係出現係腳食指?
唔知關唔關事,,本人的腳食指係腳指中最長的一隻,,2隻腳都係腳食指最長。
我發覺腳食指比較受力,,如何改善平均受力,,減輕腳食指的受力情況?..
我之前已試過跑步導致腳食指瘀黑,,腳食指甲並脫落,,之後再生返出黎~
依家又瘀黑左,,第日都會生返出黎==''
但係我唔想隻腳食指成日瘀黑==''
我應點做?

我之前都試過....不過係打籃球
戈時我係因為所有力都集中o係腳指公....所以就有瘀血....
不過隔一排就冇事了....散左....
你試下跑步戈陣將力平均分佈o係腳掌啦...

stop running too hard, your feet cannot tolerate. Your pain means you have some problems with your toes, so see a doctor, do some checkup (like x-ray), if nothing special could be diagnosed, you need to accept you are not suitable for long run
