有隻眼睇野好矇

我平時有帶開con，
呢排發現有一隻眼會突然睇野好矇，另一隻眼就冇事
我本身有近視，但我肯定唔係因為近視加深
因為我隻眼時好時壞，有時就2隻眼都冇問題，
有時左眼就會變得好矇，特別係溫緊書或者玩緊電腦個陣，
會冇啦啦矇左，但係第二朝起身就會冇事
訓幾個中，用眼藥水個d都冇用

how long do you glare at your computer/TV a day? It seems you use your eyes too long and give too much stress on them
Prolong use of your eyes will make it tired, that's why your eyes see things blur. Your unilateral blurring means you are using your left eye as your dorminant eye, just like the way with your hands, the dorminant side will get hurt or tire more easily.
So, TAKE MORE REST or you will crush your eye

可能有眼乾呀...

建議你穩陣d都係去搵番你視光師.. 查下咩原因...

試下配帶比較冇咁易乾既con... 例如 acuvue oasys, moist... focus dailies aqua comfort plus 果d... 可能會效..
