我需要考SAT嗎?(美國留學)

For your information - you can forget UC Berkeley and UCLA - the admission policy basically make international students instant failure for transfer.

In answering your questions:

It depends - in most of cases, no. But in some rare case (usually private schools, like Stanford), they may require SAT.

Your score, if needed, should not be lower than 1650 combined.

Also, you can skip TOEFL. When you have achieve certain level of English in the community college, you are no longer required to submit TOEFL score.

建議還是考一下好了，我也是明年大三轉學，UCB也是我的目標之一。我是內地的學生目前在北京的一所學校讀，今年10月1日還想到香港去考SAT呢。一般Transfer美國TOP30的學校都需要所以建議還是考一下，不過你的GPA好高哇！轉好學校的話也應該會比較有優勢

After in college for 2 years in US, most school will not require you to submit TOEFL nor SAT score for admission as Transferring student.

However, you should check your target school's website about transferring student admission or even give them a call to ask.
