You can basically put "-aholic" behind anything to describe someone who is crazy on the certain thing. But the word might not be in the dictionary because that is just a word you create. You can use the word in a fun way but not in a professional way unless it is already a word in the dictionary.
Example:
Car- caraholic
Motorcycle- motorcycleaholic
Plane - planeaholic
-aholic abstracted from alcoholic; first in sugarholic (1965), foodoholic (sic., 1965); later in workaholic (1968), golfaholic (1971), chocoholic (1971), and shopaholic (1984).
