婚後用團聚做理由申請居留權。只要獲發香港身份證並符合法例要求，就可在香港工作。
沒有法例規定要放棄原有國籍。
香港是承認雙重國籍的。
不可以；特區護照和回鄉卡只發給中國籍香港居民的。
