I suggest you not 'to' bring long-sleeved clothes
I suggest you not 'bringing' long-sleeved clothes
Both are wrong(my teacher said)
But what is the answers?Can anyone tell me?

The correct format:
Suggest doing something or suggest that someone (should) do something.
Do not say “suggest someone to do something.
