Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the buffer dinner held by your hotel. It is my first time to enjoy your hotel services and I am convinced that I am not alone in saying your buffet dinner is not worth trying. My first complaint concerns about exaggeration of the buffet dinner. It is obvious that an international cuisine should feature a substantial cuisine from different countries. However, I only found that just using one table could display all the dishes. Moreover, I expected to see some unique dishes but making me feel frustrated was that there are curry chicken, stir-fried vegetables, spaghetti and other common foods. What makes matter worse is that the dirtiness of the environment. Unfortunately, I came to the hotel late and only some bones, petty vegetables and (倒瀉左既汁) on the table. That means the food was insufficient and it could be eaten in about 10 minutes. I waited there for ages but there was still nobody filled up the dishes and mopped away the dirtiness. About twenty minutes later, some waiters began to change the dishes. I get a dish of crabs and steamed fish. But my nightmarish experience was not over. I felt the two dishes were smelly and I supposed the food was not frozen properly and food was deteriorated. I ate a bit and I stopped because of the weird taste. I definitely think your hotel is responsible to keep the food fresh and need to do investigation about the food. What would happen in case of accident such as food-poisoning? Finally, I was appalled about the rudeness of the head waiter. He did not seem to care my complaints and just shrugged his shoulders when I told him my complaint. I expect to receive a letter of explanation regarding the matter and demand for a refund. If I do not receive a full refund, I will have no choice but to contact the relevant authorities.Yours faithfully, Chris Wong
