雲呢拿奶酪忌廉 500 ml雲呢拿油 1茶匙檸檬青 1個糖霜 75克魚膠粉 15克鮮奶 80 ml1. 忌廉加入雲呢拿油及檸檬青煲滾（剛出煙，不可滾至起泡）,混合糖霜.2. 魚膠粉加奶攪勻放入忌廉內溶解.3. 入雪櫃雪至凝固.我試過用雜莓味果汁代替雲呢拿油及鮮奶，味道 very good。不加檸檬青亦可。

250g cream cheese
sugar
250mL cream(whipped)
Whip the cream cheese with the sugar and beat until smooth
add whipped cream and mix well
Chocolate Mousse
whipping cream 400 mL
Semi-sweet chocolate(45%-55%) 140g
heat 140mL of the cream until slightly boiled
pour it on the chocolate and mix them up after 2-3 minutes
whip the remaining cream(260mL) until stiff
add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture
serve cold
