As you did not give the circuit, I presume all the three resistors are in connected series.

(1) R2 = 18/6 kohms = 3 kohms
R1 = (36/6 - 3 - 2) kohms = 1 kohms

(2) voltage across R1 = 6 x 1 v = 6 v
voltage across R3 = 6 x 2 v = 12 v

(3) Power dissipated by R1 = 6^2/1 w = 36 mW = 0.036 w
Power dissipated by R2 = 18^2/3 108 mW = 0.108 w
Power dissipated by R3 = 12^2/2 mW = 72 mW = 0.072 w
