四捨五入 是 round off to the nearest decimal place http://chen1222.blogspot.com/2008/03/blog-post_13.html 小數進位法round down 是完全捨去 (truncate, floor)
round up 是完全進位 (ceiling)
round off 是四捨五入 例句:
小數點第二位數: round off to the 2nd decimal place
(round off after the decimal..... or round off after the nth place)
