1. Will bile juice lose its function upon boiling even though it doesn't contain enzymes?

2. Which of the following statements about a dental dislocation agent is correct?
A. It kills bacteria B. It contains fluoride
C. It has an abrasive effect D. It stains dental plaque red (ans: D)
Can some1 please explain the question and the answer to me?

3. 'In an operation, a large part of the colon of a person was removed. As a result, the person could not produce solid faeces.' Why?

1. No. Bile juice mainly contains acid made from cholesterol and mineral salt(Na2CO3) which will not decompose or be denatured under heating.

2. Dental dislocation agent is just a pill with red pigment that can stains on plaque to show the location of plaque on teeth. It is not toothpaste that contain fluoride or can kill bacteria.

3. Colon is for absorbing most of the remaining water in the faeces. Without a colon, remaining water cannot be absorbed completely and therefore the faeces are not in solid.
