以下都是敝人的一些意見～僅供參考～

1) 1001 (base 2) = 1 * 2^3 + 1 * 2^0 = 2^3 + 1

所以，答案為︰A.▽℅

2) 16 = 2^4

10000，最右的那一個零等於 0 * 2^0，右二的那個零是 0 * 2^1 = 0 * 2，右三的那個零是 0 * 2^2 = 0 * 4‧如此類推，第五個一的數值為 1 * 2^4 = 16

所以答案為 D。

可以自己補回那些線的（L 形那些～）

由最底向右，再向上望～答案為︰100011 (base 2)

4) 11 = 8 + 3 = 8 + 2 + 1 = 1 * 2^3 + 1 * 2^1 + 1 * 2^0

所以 11(base 10) = 1011(base 2)，答案為 A。

5) 1011011 = 1 * 2^6 + 0 * 2^5 + 1 * 2^4 + 1 * 2^3 + 0 * 2^2 + 1 * 2^1 + 1 * 2^0

= 1 * 2^6 + 1 * 2^4 + 1 * 2^3 + 1 * 2^1 + 1 * 2^0
