1st(First) Anniversary of Marriage.
或
1st Wedding Anniversary.
(happy是不需要的-快樂是在心上，不是要寫在cake上的，除非是送給人)
其實還有一種寫法，不過會用在久一點的紀念日，例如結婚五十年是金婚念時，便不會是50th Wedding Anniversary，而是會寫為：
Golden Jubilee.
其實西方每一年都有代表的名稱：
1年 - Paper Jubilee
2年 - Calico Jubilee
3年 - Straw Jubilee
...
25年 - Silver Jubilee
50年 - Gold Jubilee
60年 - Dimond Jubilee
