i'm buying a car from Alberta online and i'm living in Vancouver. what i need to do to transfer the ownership of the car. does the seller need to go to the DMV with me, or he just need to sign for some paper works? and what i need to do to prevent scams? cause the price of the car is lower than the actual value. i'm worrying if it is a scam.

you can print out a tittle transfer sheet for him to fill out. also have him sight a bill of sale with the vin date price and other conditions. then make sure that the title is signed on the from and the back if nescissary.
