供應商說不知道什麼學名, 請問有沒有大師知道?

1) 油浸黃花魚 (Salted Yellow Croaker in oil)
2) 油浸三牙或魚 (Salted Croaker fish in oil)

The scientific name for yellow croaker is "Larimichthys polyactis".
The scientific name for croaker is "Sciaenidae".

油浸黃花魚Salted yellow Croaker in oil.. Croaker (Micropogonias furnieri)Family: Sciaenide.
Frozen: Whole Round (W/R)
Size: Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large & 300-500g,500-1000g,1000-2000g per fish.
Origin: Argentina and Uruguay.
The fishes under this family are caught with bottom trawls, boat seines, Chinese dip nets, gill nets and hand lines. This large demersal species forms an important element of trawl fisheries. From the large size croaker fillets are produced to the yield of 40-45% of its body weight. This fish is considered to be the one of the commercially important fishes. Other important croakers are Atlantic croaker (Micropogonias undulatus) and yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena polyactis).
