Whenever Tom comes across technical problems and will try his best to solve them by means of scientific knowledge and peers' assistance. When he seeks advice from his senior as required, he always expresses in a positive manner. The hands-on tasks, in some cases, he was also required to manage contractors for the arrangement of outer-contracted works. With his hardworking and accumulated experience, he can complete all the tasks with minimum assistance. In order to enhance his ability to handle new challenges, he tried his best to seek as much advices as possible from his supervisor and peers.
Conclusively, Tom is a mature and even-tempered staff who can determine and complete every task assigned to him. As the result, he deserves the good appreciation of his work in the unit.
