We can analyze from their regions and banding first.

1) Wong Fut Nam is a middle Band 1 school in Kowloon Tong. It is under the management of Tung Wah Group.

2) Tsang Siu Tim is a top to middle Band 1 school in Shatin near Woo Che Estate. It is a Sheng Kung Hui college.

3) Shatin Government is a top Band 1 school near Tai Wai and is the Big 4 Government school in Hong Kong.

From their academic results, I will put Shatin Govt. the first, followed by Tsang Siu Tim and Wong Fut Nam. Basically all of them are excellent secondary schools in my opinion, but if you really need to prioritize them, the list will be above.

Another factor you need to consider is "transportation" and "lunch venues". Among them, Tsang Siu Tam seems to be the best for it is close to Woo Che and Lek Yuen Estates which have two shopping malls for lunch, and is convenient to reach by KMB 85K, 86K, 85, etc, or walk from Shatin station in 10 minutes' time.

Shatin Govt. is close to Che Kung Temple station but its nearby has no food stores. The closest those will be either in Tai Wai or Shatin Hilton which need at least 10 minutes time by walking. Many students / teachers simply bring their lunch boxes to serve in campus.

Wong Fut Nam is the worst for it takes you 15 minutes to walk from Kowloon Tong stations to there, and also no food stores close to it except Kowloon City. In the raining periods, imagine how can you walk from the school to the closest station, or vice versa.

Anyway, the choice is up to you and I recommend you visiting their own websites for more in-depth understanding before selection.
