The large inflow is only a minor reason for if that is the case, you would not be the only one complaining here. There must be other major reasons.

The possible larger reasons are:

1) Check your own browser setting first and see if Facebook was blocked from entry until you permits the script edition.

2) The server of PCCW has problems in connection with the server of Facebook which makes it difficult to transmit the data which results in a very slow speed.

Reason 2 above is most possible in my opinion. I suggest you:

1) Contact the friends using PCCW Optical Fibre and see if the same problem appears.

2) Contact PCCW technical support for inquiries. Its technical support team is responsible for I am also using PCCW and have several contacts before, and they made me satisfied with their rate of response and efficiency.
