"Below" 用法

Below, under and beneath has the same meaning of being in a position lower than something else.

Below implies being in a lower platform.
E.g. His English is below average.

Beneath has a similar meaning to below. However beneath usually indicates being under a platform so as to be covered.
E.g. There should be a red file beneath the pile of files.

Under implies being lower in a vertical line.
E.g. The book is under the chair.

可見其實後面的noun phrase 才是subject.
