本人想開間衣裝店,想登記公司名,但呢個名己有一間店舖(酒吧)用更個名,咁我仲可以用呢個名ma?

You cannot use the same name if the company is a limited company. Companies Registry would not allow to have two same name of the limited company.

If it is not limited company, you can use the same name and need to obtain a business registration certificate.
