It is deeply sorry that we have spent almost one month to produce this sample that was late not according to the order of the customer; hence he finally had chosen other model of camera bag instead. As the result,it is a bad news and we had lost that order. Anyway, we'll agree to refund the official charges that you had spent on this order.
