點解我大陸出世，但上年去過台灣，網上申請唔到台證？

My mother, who was born in the Mainland, has been to Taipei once in 2000. In December last year, she went to Taipei again. So I tried to apply for an entry visa for her online. It was not successful on my first attempt. When I made the second attempt, I managed to get a visa for her. So I think you should try again since there might be something wrong with the website.
