Both of the ans are correct
Since you have used different subsitution,
so that you have the different results in indefinite integration
when you set up the upper bound./lower bound.
you can get the same ans!

Both are correct.

(d/dx)(-cos⁻¹x + C) = 1/√(1 - x²)

(d/dx)(sin⁻¹x + C) = 1/√(1 - x²)
