the time upon my plate is
Constantly invaded by empty spaces
I don't have a lot to say but
When I walk the words that I talk
It's gonna get done

"walk the words that I talk" comes from the expression "walk the talk": 言行一致 , which means to back up what one says with actual action, rather than just giving "empty" talks. Therefore, walk the words (that I talk}, means to carry out what I said.

e.g.

The best way to educate our children is to walk the talk. We can't try to teach a child to be a honest person, when we lie all the time.

The expression "walk the talk" comes from the saying "if you 'talk the talk' then you have to "walk the walk", or simply "walk it like you talk it". It's another way of saying "talk is cheap".
