Y I cannot download again the flash player?? I have del the program before, but now i cannot install it again

First of all, Flash Player is produced by Adobe. Any download is most safety if you select its official website. Please find the following:

http://www.adobe.com/tw/downloads/

By the way, if your Windows has set "Automatic Update" it will search for you the correct updated version for downloading. In your case, I suspect you download from an inappropriate website and cause the problem. As you have removed the old version, I suppose there is no Flash player now in your machine, and you can check your own Windows version to find the correct Adobe version for downloading.
