✔ 最佳答案
Here are some classroom situations.

可以用 here is/are. 但例子中"situations" 屬於plural, 所以用"are".

1.a Where are you from?
1.b.Where do you live?

本來一個question words(eg. What, Where, When)+are/is+verb=ing
但係1.a. "from" 吾係1個verb.

一個question word+ do/does+verb
所以Where do you live?

I am afraid of that black dog.
用the得唔得?
Answer:可以

Here are some classroom situations.

Here is an adverb. Some sentences begin with Here is, Here are, Here come(s) ....
If the subject is singular, use “is” as the main verb.
In your sentence, the subject, “classroom situations”, is plural, so “are” is used.

Where are you from?
I am from Hong Kong.
看看回答, 會幫助明白

“are” and “am” 是linking verbs, 不是action verbs.
“from Hong Kong” is a prepositional phrase.
Alternatively, you can say “Where do you come from?” (“come” 是 action verb)

Where do you live?
I live in Hong Kong.

"Live" is an action verb in this sentence.
Questions are usually form with auxiliary verb (be, do or have) or a modal before the subject and the main verb.
Do/Does + subject + verb in basic form.
“You” is second person singular, so “do” is used instead of “does”.

可以用 the.
I am afraid of that black dog. (那一隻黑狗)
I am afraid of the black dog. (意味某隻黑狗或所有黑狗)
