I have a pear-shaped body...?

I'm not fat, but I do have a pear-shaped body so my thighs are somewhat thicker. They are muscular, and larger thighs are in my genes. The more I run and workout, the bigger they get because the muscle keeps building. How do I workout & get thinner thighs?

Hey, Seems like all I had were a bunch of concerns . I have struggled with an extra 10 pounds for quite some time. But I came across a site that had an article that really helped me get many of the answers I was looking for. Hopefully you can find some of the answers you are looking for over there as well. Here's the link to the post that helped me reach my weight loss goal. Hopefully it helps you. I did notice they had numerous articles and give a lot of helpful advice. Maybe a couple of minutes over there would help you get the right answers.
