其實英文最好用主動式，這會比較自然，故我們也可以說：

You stunned me.

如果是兩人對話 ... you scare me ... 一定對

I was scared by you!
You scared me!
You make me scared!

You gave me a scare!

你嚇了我一跳

A scare was given me by you

我比你嚇了一跳

You should said " you scared of me ".
